SHIPPING POLICY:
Since “we print EVERYTHING”, we use all 3 major shipping carriers: UPS, USPS & FedEx to determine the best way to get your product to you. There is also a wide variety of shipping duration for our products, from overnight to standard ground. When an order is fulfilled, a tracking number is generated and will either be sent via email or you may request tracking if a number is not provided.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
At Full Color Printings we do everything we can prior to production to assist in a great product outcome. Rarely, though, things do go wrong. Since all of our jobs are custom, and, thus, useless to anyone else, we will need to review returns/refunds on a case by case basis. If there are flaws in your final product we often just require some representative photos to trigger a reprint. If you have approved proofs that contain errors, we often just reprint at cost. If your event is date sensitive, we cannot issue refunds or returns if we receive complaints after the event; so you will need to notify us immediately by email and/or phone. We need pictures to formulate happy outcomes.
