Coated cards are printed on a stock that is coated before printing with a clear gloss, semigloss, silk or matte coating. These stocks are normally very smooth.

After printing, this product is generally matte, but we add high gloss areas on the same side of the card where ever you want, this is known as spot UV. You control what parts get the high gloss clear coat. We can help you prepare this effect.
