Hi,
I need to have 20 sheets of 5' X 10' corrugated plastic printed. These sheets need to be cut into signs with holes punched in the signs. This work is similar to the one we have submitted the previous two years.
I have attached the sheets with this mail. There are 60 signs per sheet, 1200 signs in total.

Zania:
It will cost $1893 shipped to do your 20 5x10' sheets. The price per sheet has gone up a bit becase one supplier bought the other and so, of course, there is no competition for the coroplast sheeting.
I noticed you want 1/4" holes in the past - is that still true?
Would you like to receive a first sheet to see if this will work as you expect or should we just run the whole job. If you have never had any trouble in the past, then we should be fine. Ask around!
Let me know,

Please also send your posters at resolution 200. The ones I have are 72. And keep the quality high like you have provided in this set. The art is extremely crisp at 72 resolution; but will blue if I stretch it to 200 resolution. If you need help, just ask.
Thanks,

Hi Mike,
Sorry for the delay in sending my reply. I have been travelling the past couple of days.
I still need the posters for the project. I will be placing an order for 25 sheets which I should bring the total cost to $2400 (assuming that its $94 per sheet).
I haven't yet figured out how to increase the resolution to 200 from 72. Your suggestions would be appreciated.
The requirement for 1/4" holes is still the same.
Could you also let me know how long it would take to get these posters printed and shipped once the order is confirmed?
Regards,
Zania

Hello Zania:
Printing only takes 2 or 3 days. Then 1 day ground to PGH.
Re. resolution, I know in the past .eps files have been sent over.
What program are you using to make each set of qr codes? There is probably a setting that I can find.
Let me know,

Zania:
Here's some scraps from emails when we first started the project a few years back:
"Mike, I'm using libqrencode to generate all of the (single) QR images:
http://fukuchi.org/works/qrencode/index.html.en
I can provide them natively in any of these formats:
{PNG,EPS,SVG,ANSI,ANSI256,ASCII,ASCIIi,UTF8,ANSIUTF8}""
http://fukuchi.org/works/qrencode/index.html.en
I can provide them natively in any of these formats:
{PNG,EPS,SVG,ANSI,ANSI256,ASCII,ASCIIi,UTF8,ANSIUTF8}""
See attachments for some files from the past.
You will probably want to export files somehow.
Let me know what happens,
