Hi Mike,
We've had another change in plans. We are going to re-use our last set of existing floor decals for this upcoming Detroit event and not order custom decals.
We do need to price out new shot planners, however. Is it possible to have the attached files printed onto foam boards (or something sturdy that can be set independently on an easel) that is dry erase capable? How much would it cost?
Sorry for any confusion!
Jeff

Jeff:
Yes, we can make dry erase posters mounted to rigid substrates.
How many should I quote - provide a range. And will there be two versions (blue and red?)

Correct. We just need one of each.

What size are these? They are showing 10"x11".
Let me know,

Ha. My bad, Mike. We'd like to go with the same size as the previous shot planners you've printed. I believe they're roughly 3'x4'.

If you can live with 46x35 to get around UPS upcharges, we can do two dry erase posters mounted to aluminum sandwich board (two layers of aluminum with a rigid polymeric foam in between) for $193 shipped.
These would last a long time.
Let me know if that works. We have cheaper things we can mount to, but these would be very sturdy.

That size is totally fine with us. Just out of curiosity, what would the cheaper option include (materials and cost)? We only need this version for one event.
The heavy duty version is something we would definitely like to use for next year, though.

Actually, as I was checking, I got the first price wrong, 2 on the aluminum would be $270 shipped.
So anything with dry erase will be $220 for both shipped.
Here's what we can do though, get the sturdy ones, then next time we can send dry erase stickers to put over the old stickers.
The only other thing I can think of is to get gloss laminated 3mm pvc board or 4mm coro and test your markers for those that work. If they don't work, you can remove with rubbing alcohol. These would cost about $140 shipped for both.
And in both cases, rub the dry erase marker off at the end of the event or day. The longer the marker is on their, the harder it is to get off.
Let me know your thoughts,

No worries! Let's go with the aluminum backing and ordering replacement stickers next fall.
If it's cool with you, we'll ship these direct to Nick's hotel in Detroit for this event. They will need to arrive by 2/25 at the latest, so we have a little time. I've already called the hotel to let them know to expect packages for Nick.

I also have a new card to use for payment. I can call you either tonight or tomorrow morning with the number. Let me know what works best for you.

Jeff:
Okay, I will get proofs for you.
We put the order into our store, so you can just checkout like you would at a normal online store now.
I will set all this up for you now.
These will only take about 6 business days to arrive though. Will they care if they arrive next week? If so, you can just buy them next week or later. But someone should check the packaging to make sure it travelled well. When will you arrive? Nick?
I will be back with the link.
