Hello Niki & Rob!

Premier goes in full circle. We are planning to re-open the Patient Tower Kobrick Coffee kiosk that was closed in November 2016. The shop will operate for 3rd shift only at MVH.

When I shut down the shop, I removed the menu inserts and discarded them. Can you please have new inserts sent to my attention, attached are the ones that I had as most recent. They will need to be in landscape format.

P17.75X22.75 are portrait menus for Sam North 2981, Atrium 6123, Miami Valley 3272, Miami South 6118
P28X22 are portrait for Good Sam 2977
L22.75X17.75 are landscape for Miami Patient Tower 7053

Here is a list of the new prices for the menu boards. Do you have the specifics on size & orientation for each Premier location from the last time (2011)? 110 N Main & MVH South Kobricks have digital menu boards & will need landscape jpeg files of the final proofs of each menu board to run on their monitors. Let me know what additional information you might need. The go live for changing prices is Monday March 23, but we would like to get the inserts to each location no later than Friday March 20th.

Thank you for the heads up! We would need the price changes by February 25th at the latest with enough time to make the changes, send you all pdf proofs for confirmation, and then have the printer ship the new menu inserts before March 20th. If it would help you, I can put together excel sheets for each location menu I have from the last run? Let me know.

Just FYI – I will be on a sourcing trip Feb18-24th, so if the pricing is worked out for us upon my return it will be perfect timing. (and we will bring back some nice new Costa Rican Selections for you to try – one idea could be to add Costa Rica Collection – Limited Time Micro Lot Coffee to your menus, the price varies so market price, rather than stating a price, would be advantageous. We will be carrying a consistent variety of these coffees on a rotational basis )

I just wanted to give you both a heads up that Premier Health Kobricks shops are all going to change prices in March (hopefully by March 20). We are in the process of finalizing the price increases, once I have that information, I would like to coordinate with one or both of you for all the shops that do not have digital menu boards so we can get new menu board inserts printed & shipped out to each location prior to the price change date. I will gather information needed to help make this a consolidated process so that you both do not have every manager calling you for the same thing.

Let me know specifically what information you will need from each location as well as a deadline you need the pricing info in order to get the inserts printed & shipped to us in time.

No matter what I do, I keep getting the same cost. The order is too small for us. But since you guys are great customers I will do it for $30. Sill a lot. You might be able to do it locally for less, but I doubt it because of the photo paper. That prints on a large format inkjet.
