QUOTE for 1500 7x11" offset printed items mounted to 3mm PVC

Request is to mount 1 side full color pieces measuring 7x11" to 3mm PVC. Bleed or no bleed is fine since there is a half inch gutter.
Prefer cover or card stock sheets, 6 up with a ½” gutters between. If you have an alternate layout, please propose it.
